New United States government regulations allow only medical practitioners or those with religious callings to teach or use copals (essential oils). As a member of the Nemenhah Band, I will write and share about the sacred sacramental copal (essential oil) singles, synergies and blends. In Native American terms "copal" means the healing essence of plants.

In order that all may know this signifies that, Rhonda Phillips is a member in good standing with the Nemenhah Band and Native American Traditional Organization as a Native American Practitioner.
